 La Serna High School’s boys swim team placed third overall last night during CIF competition.
Individual Winners were:
Sean Ward, Senior–1st in the 100 Breaststroke, 6th in the 200 IM,  1st in the 200 Medley Relay and 1st in the 400 Free Relay, State Qualifier
Spencer Sorosky, Sophomore–3rd in the 500 freestyle, 10th in the 200 Free, 1st in the 200 Medley Relay and 1st in the 400 Free Relay, State Qualifier
Zach Serrano, Junior–3rd in the 200 IM, 10th in the 500 Free, 1st in the 200 Medley Relay and 1st in the 400 Free Relay, State Qualifier
Joey Robinson, Junior– 1st in the 200 Medley Relay and 7th in the 200 Free Relay, State Qualifier
Gabe Rios, Junior–14th in the 100 Free, 7th in the 200 Free Relay and 1st in the 400 Free Relay
Ryan Ward, Senior–7th in the 200 Free Relay
Joel Flores, Freshman– 7th in the 200 Free Relay
La Serna’s only girl to qualify and place in finals was Alyssa Esparza,  freshman– 13th in the 200 IM
