La Serna Athlete: Moving The Sticks With Milo Lopez

Milo Lopez (Senior)

Milo Lopez is a senior at La Serna High School. He has spent his four years of high school dedicated to the Lancer football family and has done it quite well. I sat down with Milo and asked him a few questions about himself.

Who is your hero?

“My hero is my dad as he does a lot for me and makes daily sacrifices.”

What do you love most about La Serna?

“I love the hospitality and environment. It feels like a warm welcoming feeling when I’m there.”

What is your favorite memory here at La Serna?

“The Power 106 game when Blueface performed.”

Who is your favorite music artist?

“Kendrick Lamar.”

Who is your favorite athlete?

“Jalen Hurts.”

What do you love most about your team?

“I love that we are all so close and continue to make so many great and funny memories.”

Who/What inspires you?

“My family inspires me because they do so much for me. I hope I make them proud for whatever I turn out to be.”

Do you have any advice for anyone chasing their dreams?

“Don’t ever quit. Nothing ever comes easy. There will always be hard times but it’s how you respond and answer back to it.”

What is one thing you would like your classmates to know about yourself?

“One thing I would like my classmates to know about me is that I’m a very down-to-earth guy.”
